Enhance Undead [Metamagic]
You can enhance your Animate Dead, Create Undead, and Create Greater Undead spells to create more powerful undead.
Prerequisite:the ability to cast Animate Dead, any Metamagic feat.
Benefit: You may apply any Enhanced Undead Template to any undead you create using Animate Dead, Create Undead, or Create Greater Undead. You may apply one template without increase to the spell level, but for every additional template you add, you must memorize or cast the spell the same number of levels higher than normal, e.g. if you wish to apply three templates, you must memorize or cast the spell 2 levels higher than normal.
To apply a template, you must succeed at a Concentration check, DC = (13 + Undead HD + All Template modifiers). Failure indicates the all templates are unapplied, but the creation spell may still work.
Greater Enhance Undead [Metamagic]
Prerequisite: Enhance Undead, the ability to cast Create Greater Undead
Benefit: You may apply up to your Constitution modifier in Enhance Undead Templates without increase to the spell level.
These templates can be applied to any undead created through the spells Animate Dead, Create Undead, and Create Greater Undead. There is no limit to the number of templates a single undead can carry, but some templates do not stack or cancel each other, and certain templates cannot effect certain undead types. Listed prerequisites are for the undead to be created, not the caster.
Each entry has an associated DC value; this is the value added to the Concentration check made to apply a template when the spell is cast. The templates are permanent, but can be dispelled. Use your caster level when determining dispel DC.
Each entry also has a CR rating increase. Add this number to the CR of the standard undead type you are creating. CR increases stack for multiple templates.
