Special Abilities
Steward of Indra (Ex) As creations of and servitors of Indra, goddess of storms, a thunder sultan can cast control weather in a fraction of the time it takes a normal spellcaster. As a full-round action a thunder sultan can call forth and manifest weather conditions, as opposed to 10 minutes for each (in other words what takes a normal caster 20 minutes takes a thunder sultan 1 full-round action). Thunder sultans often keep a constant thunderstorm in their presence, to make better use of their call lightning storm ability to deal 5d10 points of damage, rather than 5d6. See thunderstorms on page 438 of the Pathfinder Roleplaying Game Core Rulebook
.
Grab (Ex) A thunder sultan can choose to conduct a grapple normally or use both of its twin trunks to grapple its target. If it chooses to do the latter, it takes a 10 penalty on grapple checks (rather than the standard -20), but is not considered grappled itself. A thunder sultan can grapple normally or with its twin trunks, regardless of the attack it used to start the grapple.
